You should get an email with an activation link less than 20 minutes after registration, if not:

1.     Have you checked your emails spam folder?

2.     Did you enter a valid email address?

Once you’ve completed and validated your application, you will receive an automatic email of confirmation. Then, on your candidate profile, you will be able to check the status of your application: in progress, missing files…

Yes and no. The personal details (except your email) are the only information you will be able to change. All the other information you filled in (education, professional experience and documents) cannot be changed once the application file is validated and sent, but they can be viewed.

Once you have registered, you will have your own “candidate space”. On the home page, you can “add a new application file”. However, bear in mind that if you create a new application file, you will need to upload all your information and documents one more time.

Applications will be reviewed by the programme supervisor(s) on a rolling basis. Candidates will be informed of their decision within 10 days after submission of the application file. Note that during holiday period, the results can be delays of a couple of days.
